Callout Meeting:
On Thursday, Jan. 30 PSC will be hosting our spring callout meeting in Wells room E243. It will start at 7 pm. We will be briefing our goals as a club, more ways you can get involved to help with the fight for Palestine and what the ceasefire means for us as a club. Please make sure to join us in order to show support for Palestine.
Al Huda Celebration for Gaza:
On Saturday Feb. 1, the Al Huda Masjid in Fishers is hosting a celebration for the recent ceasefire in Gaza from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. While there will be festivities such as commemorations for this achievement as well as food, Palestinian attire, etc, more importantly, there will be a portion of the event dedicated to highlighting Palestinian voices as well as those affected by the occurrences in Gaza. These speakers will talk about our next steps as not only the Muslim community, but as a community that supports Palestine. All are welcome!
BFC Meeting:
On Tuesday, Jan. 28, there will be a Bloomington Faculty Council meeting. In the past, IUDC has shown up with signs calling out IU’s complicity in funding the genocide in Gaza. If you are interested in showing support for Palestine as well as put pressure on our administration to listen to our demands, make sure to show up at 2:30 pm at President’s Hall in Franklin. Message the signal chat with any questions.
Redbud Film Screening:
Redbud Books will be hosting a film screening of Palestinian films on Feb. 20, where “No Other Land'“ will be shown, and March 13, where short films will be showcased. It will start at 7 pm both days. Make sure to show up and learn more about Palestine’s history.

Kuffiyeh Tabling:
Every Thursday we will have a table in Ballantine next to the globe where you will be able to donate any amount to families in Gaza that we sponsor. If you donate $12, you will be able to receive a kuffiyeh bandana and if you donate $20, then you can receieve a full-sized kuffiyeh. Make sure to visit us in Ballantine, donate and get a kuffiyeh in order to showcase your support.

As we continue with our fight for Palestine into this spring semester, we need to utilize everyone’s skills to the best of their abilities. Please check out the graphic below to ensure your skills are being utilized to the best of your abilities for our cause! Also make sure to continue to stay updated with our organization as we continue our fight for Palestine this semester.
